Romy A. Erase has over twenty years of experience in Laboratory Sciences. She is an experienced scientist who provides diagnostic and analytical laboratory services. She received a doctorate in Health Sciences from A.T. Still University, a master’s degree in public health from Florida International University, and a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from the University of South Florida.
Romy’s expertise in quality control and management has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures state-wide and abroad. Her meticulous approach to excellence has instilled confidence in the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures. She is a laboratory consultant and is directly responsible for helping the company provide quality laboratory services to its clients.
She is the co-founder of QLS Consulting.
Dr. GENITA N. HYACINTHE, DHsc, MS, MLS(ASCP), CLC(AMT)
President/Chief Executive Officer
Genita N. Hyacinthe is a passionate, highly motivated, quality-driven, and dedicated Medical Laboratory and Global Health Scientist. She received a Doctorate in Health Sciences at A.T. Still University, a Master of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences at Florida International University, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology at the University of South Florida. Genita excelled in leading and collaborating with clinical champions on major system-wide quality initiatives.
Genita is an expert in establishing and implementing compliance measures to ensure successful national laboratory certifications. She has single-handedly rectified the performance of many laboratories statewide and abroad and has quickly brought them to compliance.
She is a co-founder of QLS Consulting and is directly responsible for helping the company provide quality laboratory services to its clients.
JIM JACKSON, BS, MBA
Medical Laboratory Advisor
Jim Jackson has been in the laboratory industry for over 50 years. He received a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Miami, a Bachelor of Science in Bioscience from Rutgers University. Jim has held positions as Phlebotomist, Laboratory Technologist, Supervisor, Manager, Director, and most recently as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and General Manager at American Health Associates (AHA). Jim has joined AHA in 2002 growing a one-location laboratory to a multi-location $100 million revenue laboratory. Jim is the medical laboratory advisor for Quality Laboratory Consulting Services (QLS).
